How far in advance should I book your photobooth?

To ensure we’re available for your ritzy affair, we recommend booking 2–3 months ahead of time. That said, if your soirée is sooner, drop us a line — we’ll do our best to make magic happen.

Absolutely! From branded print layouts to themed backdrops and custom prop collections, we’ll tailor every detail to match the style of your shindig. We can even custom dye-cut booth decals which are a common add-ons. 

Indeed! Guests can add their photo strips and personal notes to a stylish memory book, creating a charming treasure of the evening’s hijinks. (for an additional fee, darling)

A signed agreement and deposit will have us saving the date faster than you can say, “Bee’s knees!

Why darling, our swanky services are mainly in Wisconsin Dells and the Madison, WI area. If your shindig is situated outside of Madison, we’re happy to chat and make things snappy.

Heavens, no! Every Swanky Social booth comes with a polished, perky, sharply-dressed attendant to orchestrate the fun and keep the flashbulbs popping. We’re not just dropping off a box, we’re delivering an entertainment experience with keepsakes to boot.

Our current collection features Gold, Silver, and Red — but just say the word and we can source specialty backdrops or design a custom step-and-repeat tailor-made for your bash (for an additional fee, old sport).

For weddings and private soirées: playful props, photo guest books, and external slideshows are the bee’s knees. For corporate affairs: branded prints and digital images, logo-laden backdrops, and decal-wrapped booths are the cat’s pajamas.

Yes — each booth requires a standard 120V (10-amp) three-prong outlet to keep things humming like a speakeasy jazz band.

What’s included with a Swanky Social Photobooth experience?

Photobooth service, unlimited sessions, unlimited instant prints, glamorous props, standard backdrop, 1 hour graphic design services, a swell digital gallery, and a sharply dressed attendant to keep the shenanigans rolling.

You bet your boots they will! We use an integrated Mitsubishi dye-sublimation printer — the very bee’s knees of photo printing. That means crisp, rich, lab-quality prints in as little as 8 seconds. Fast, fabulous, and fit for framing!

With our DSLR camera setup and studio-grade lighting? Absolutely, old sport. We use professional Canon imaging tech and adjustable lighting to flatter every face — from flappers to fellas. The result: dazzling, high-definition photos worthy of the silver screen.

It’s a mix of magic and machines! High-end Canon DSLR cameras capture every detail, while our adjustable studio lighting keeps you lit like a Broadway star. Then our dye-sublimation printers whip up tangible keepsakes with rich colors and sharp clarity, lickety-split.

Our booth may look like a ritzy contraption, but it’s quite the smooth operator. The setup stands approximately 6 feet tall with a petite 14″ x 22″ footprint. It travels in two sleek cases, each weighing about 50 lbs — built for ease without sacrificing elegance.

For the full shebang — backdrop, booth, and space for guests to strike their best Charleston pose — we recommend a 10’ x 10’ floor area. But we’re not picky: our setup is flexible, and we’ve squeezed into cozy corners or stretched out grand halls. We’ve even snapped shots of groups 10–20 strong, all hamming it up in front of the lens! We can accommodate a smaller footprint for more intimate setting of 5′ x 8′.

Indeed we do. A 50% deposit secures your date in our glittering event calendar and allows us to begin work on your custom graphics, booth programming, and all the finer details that make your bash the toast of the town.
